If I have sensitive skin, can I use Luxe Feels body butters and scrubs?

Our products are suitable for all skin types. However, we still recommend conducting a patch test before use.

Can I use Luxe Feels body scrub on my face?
While our body scrub is effective at buffing away dead skin cells, we do not recommend for facial use due to it's abrasive feature.

Are Luxe Feels body products vegan?
Our products are 100% Vegan.

How long does the body butters and scrubs last?
For best results and to ensure you reap all of the benefits, we recommend using our products within the first three months of purchase.

My whipped body butter melted. What should I do?
Our whipped body butter does not contain any preservatives. As a result, our butters can melt (especially during the Summer months). But no need to worry! Your butter is still effective and the nutrients and moisturizing properties are still there. Simply place your jar in the fridge to re-solidify.

Why is my butter discolored?
All of our products are made from natural ingredients free of preservatives. As a result, your butter may become slightly discolored. This is perfectly normal and simply due to the interaction between the oils and other ingredients in the butter over time.

I accidentally put the wrong address at checkout. Can I change it?

If you wish to make any changes to your order, please send us an email at hello@luxefeels.com with your request. While we can cannot guarantee that we'll be able to accommodate your request, we will do our best!

We are unable to change or modify your shipping address once an order has been shipped.

How long does shipping take?
To ensure quality control, our body butters and scrubs are handmade in small batches so that you receive a product reflective of the love that we pour into making them!

What is the return/refund policy?
